A private weekend at a villa in Da Nang for hospitality operators and creators. Three days to build high-level partnerships and integrate culture, art, and new concepts into hospitality spaces.
The Format
6 to 10 visiting participants stay at the villa and join up to 15 key local players for the main Saturday gathering. We curate the entire room in advance so every connection serves a clear business purpose.

The Programme (Friday to Sunday)
Friday
Welcome dinner.
Opening round: who you are, your asset profile, your target deal type, and who you are looking to meet.
Saturday
Day: 2-3 targeted site visits.
Evening at the villa: gathering with local participants, matchmaking, and scheduling one-on-ones.
Sunday
Brunch until 11:00 AM, followed by one-on-ones and small group discussions.
Locking in agreements and mapping out next steps.
Participation Details
Spots are strictly limited and by application only. We curate the room to ensure every participant plays a clear role in the value chain. During the selection process, our Matchmaker identifies your goals and connects you with those who share complementary interests.
Pricing
$1,200 for one person.
$1,800 for two people sharing one room.
$300 for local guests accessing the Saturday evening gathering.
Traveligion Club members receive a 20% discount on all tiers and priority selection.
Translation services or the presence of a local lawyer for consultations are billed separately and must be requested at least one week in advance.
Full ticket includes:
- Three days and two nights of villa accommodation

Dates
The event runs once every three months. Exact dates are coordinated directly with selected participants.
Privacy and House Rules
This is strictly an off-the-record gathering. All attendees must sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
No press, photos, or videos. During business sessions, guests must leave their phones in their rooms. Local participants will be asked to turn off or check their devices at the door. Site visits may only be photographed with the owner's explicit permission.
No official documentation is kept, as participants discuss confidential figures and deal terms.
